Many moons ago, Dayle Paz obtained her degree in Psychology from Western University in London, Ontario, Canada. She has been married 25+ years and is the mother of two, talented and successful young adults. It is her joy and privilege to teach creative, Spirit-conscious women how to use movement and meditation for measurable improvement and satisfaction in their relationships at work and at home. Dayle has been meditating for more than 30 years and has been incorporating dance into meditation since 2008.
